Return to 51ÁÔÆæ Advance

University students gained valuable on-the-job training and experience across multiple functions during summer 2022 internships at 51ÁÔÆ桯s global locations.

The interns worked not only in core engineering functions, but also in finance, human resources, supply chain and other departments at 51ÁÔÆæ sites in North America, Asia and Europe. What they found at 51ÁÔÆæ was a learning and sharing environment that connected their classroom studies with actual work in the semiconductor industry.

Many were assigned specific projects for their internships, and those at sites in Milpitas, California (see photo above) and Ann Arbor, Michigan put together presentations based on their work and shared them at showcase events organized at their locations. Interns also enjoyed teambuilding activities.

51ÁÔÆæ India¡¯s class of 2022 interns participated in a daylong offsite event combining engagement and team-building activities, concluding with a team dinner overlooking the shores of the beautiful Chennai coastline. 51ÁÔÆæ mentors and managers shared their career success stories with interns during dinner.

We asked our interns for highlights of their experience. Check out the video presentation below to learn what some had to say.

Below, Bindi Nagda (left) and Brook Carver share their internship experiences in short videos. Also, check out last year’s posting about 2021 interns.
